“Sharing how gender balance and inclusivity have shaped my career at Hydrogen is deeply personal, so I will tell you my story.

When I joined, I was a non-technical staff member with no clear career path. My only compass was a guiding principle from the Bible: ‘Whatsoever your hand finds to do, do it well.’

In just three years, I have transitioned from non-technical to technical roles, collaborated across diverse teams, completed multiple company-sponsored trainings, and benefited from an environment at Hydrogen that allowed me to apply and share the knowledge I gained.
